Unhappy Excessive wheel noise

Here's a list of events, let me know what you might think the problem is:

Drove 1.5hrs. to Uwharrie trail head.
Found deep mud hole, got stuck
After recovery just played around for a couple of hrs. but nothing serious.
Found a sharp rock and slice my tire on it
Changed tire on trail and headed for home.

Now while driving at highway speed my truck started to make a loud roaring noise. Figured it was a loud tire seeing that the spare was still brand new. Just to make sure I've swapped my tires around the car to try and move the noise. However it still came from the right rear. So I replaced the wheel bearings, replaced oil seals, drained my axles, and fitted a whole different set of tires that were on my brother's truck. But still that loud roar particularly while turning. So do you think diff or something else.

if there is no play in anything then look at the transfer case or the diffs for bad bearings. its possible they got mud or water in them and ruined a bearing inside the case.
