Default Hdc fault system not available

Hi guys i am standing on one leg with Range Rover Sport TDV8 3.6 Lt. It all started after I replaced two turbochargers. The vehicle is moving now with V8 speed but it lacks the TAKE OFF aggressiveness it had before the replacement of two reconditioned turbos. What disturbs me most is that when you turn the ignition on every thing seems to be fine but when you start driving there is a very annoying noise from the front right wheel like the vehicle is braking without brake pads or metal against metal and it will then display,HDC Fault, System unavailable - Suspension lowering,Special programms off, Suspension fault vehicle lean when cornering. But it will drive without making a noise but displaying the picture attached, please assist me. And you may also email me at spearmok@gmail.com. thank you.
