Default how come

How come there is a guy selling a Range Rover here in the Charleston area SC

a 1988 134000 miles sayd there are power steering problems like none.

he is asking $4250 the truck has very little rust all service records and was well taken care of. My intent is to use it daily and maybe a 1200 rt twice a year and the usual 200 rt to the mountains. The truck is 22 years old,

I wondering if anyone has some insight. the millage comes out to 6000 per year.seems odd thanks

That price is VERY high. I bought a limited edition 1997 HSE 4.6 with only 104,000 miles for only $4,500. Miles could be right, I seen vehicles older than that with a fraction of the miles.

I would look else where. I almost bought an 89 RR for $1300 that was in good condition with about the same mileage.

Too much money for it. I would keep looking. If you are dead set an early RR then keep looking and drive as many as you can. The motor technology is not that different through the years so finding one with good records and upkeep will be key.
