Default MAF Cleaning? What to use?

Those of you that have cleaned your MAD before, what did you use? I have a rough idle that I cannot get rid of, done all the normal things; plugs, wires you name it. I can only think of the MAF causing it.

Let me know you thoughts, I am thinking just a good MAF cleaner from the auto parts store but if you have had success somewhere else then let me hear it.

I used a CRC MAF cleaner that I picked up at a NAPA store, and it worked great. I did it as a preventive measure and my fuel economy jumped about 2mpg. Just be very careful, they are pretty fragile. I cleaned both ends of it and then let it dry in a protected environment so nothing could float into it from the wind.
