Default p38 bump stops

this is a follow up question. because it is on the bump stops adn nearly impossible to drive.. Is there anywasy to at least get it driveable to the shop ..ie 1 hour away? and is this a strikley dealer fix or do i have some hope with out going broke?

It's not strictly a dealer fix but it may require a good amount of work on your part or another shops. The EAS on Rovers is one of the more expensive things to fix (although prices have dropped significantly from what they used to be). You would need to describe a lot more for us to determine if there's a temporary fix. Chances are though if it's in a hard fault and ont he bumpstops you'll have to drive it that way or fix it yourself without driving it. If you do take it to a shop drive very slowly as it's already bad enough to be driving on the bumpstops.
