Default Beefiest Rover Ever??? (pics)

...ok, maybe not the beefiest EVER, but it is the beefiest I've ever seen. I sold a spare wheel on CL, and this is what the guy showed up in to pick it up. He works at a local Rover garage. He was in a hurry, but the details I did find out it is a 1957...flippin sweet. Enjoy!


Just as a reference, the tires on my DII in the background are 265/75 (or 32") and they are dwarfed by his....

I had actually spotted it a couple weeks before on Hwy 99 heading past downtown Seattle. Couldn't have worked out better, caught the picture right as he was passing a Prius

WOW. I love that thing. Pretty cool how he pieced together some different doors and stuff.

Man I would love an old beat up Series like that. I've been seeing this super nice Defender 110 on the way to school every morning, and its got me wanting an old school rover.

Right, but it looks like they came off different trucks... Ex: the white Argentina door.
