Default Finally some snow! Pics...

We never get snow around here so it's kind of a big deal and the whole area kind of shuts down....Plus I got a new phone so I had to test out my new camera...

HAHA No kidding!

We got between 4-5 inches in our area, not a whole lot comparatively speaking, but we got NOTHING last year, so this year has taken most by surpise, Monday night there were abandoned cars all over the greater Seattle roads, accidents left and right. What is normally a 50 minute commute home every day for me, took 4.5 hours on Monday night. It's been bloody cold, so there has been a good amount of ice...the news has referred to the storm we had as "Snowpocalypse 2010."

This is the first good snow we've gotten (in the lowlands) since I've owned my Disco and I have been loving this weather. I've had zero issue getting where I've needed to go, up and down big hills, even on my dinky stock Michelin's.....no Amigos (knock on wood) so TC and ABS are working like a dream!

Man, that is awesome and sucks all at the same time!!
It is amazing how people "forget" how to drive in snow.

I cannot wait until we get snow.
Got new tires on my work van and I am anxious to try them out.

I can't wait either! I do still have to buy a new tow rope for rescuing those unfortunate non-driving fools, since I broke mine while uprooting a tree.
