Default On a happy note... some photos

This part of the Colorado River is normally flowing with on average ten to twenty feet of water... In fact, I fish this part of the river from my bass boat regularly. So it makes it kind of interesting to drive around on the river bed. They lower the river once a year so home owners can maintain their docks and beaches.

No real challenges as far as driving is concerned... though I do get alot of people that stop along side the road and just stare like "what the hell is that truck doing down there?"

If any of you have ever driven through Parker to get to California, you may have driven across the bridge you see in the photos.

Boat ramps make for easy access

This hill took a few tries... the photo doesnt do it justice. it's pretty damn steep.

My son Clint... the future of our sport.

I figured I'd get out and snap a few photos of my rover to share with you guys... hope you enjoy.

Ill get some real wheeling pics up soon so the guys from back east can see what the desert is like.... there are some amazing trails around here. 150 miles of unpopulated desert in evey direction. Some trails are extreme

I'm not sure what made me post pics of the rover on flat ground... I just get a kick out of driving around on the river when it's low.

I had a clever pic to put up but I'll just say it; I don't see any pics.

It's all pretty dark (dark enough for me) except for the windshield, drivers n pass side windows. My next mods are gonna be the OME springs, some bilstiens and lockers. Not gonna go much bigger on the tires size next time around, but I'll step it up a size or two I'm thinkin. It should go anywhere I ever plan on taking it after that. May get a winch also (...dreaming) just in case
