How many of you would like to be able to use a 15" 5 bolt Chevy rim on your truck?
Just think of the rim and tire choices you would have.
Let me know how many of you would be interested.
Working on it.
Chevy rims are dirt cheap and plentiful, 15" rubber is also cheap and plentiful, you want ballon tires...you want cheap Super Swampers...you get the idea.
LOL sx, sounds good spike ! What im wondering is would these adapters weaken the axle any ? I'm also figuring it would widen the stance a wee bit ? Wich isn't a bad thing, I'f the running gear wasn't weakened in any way i would def be in the running to get some off ya.
No they will not weaken the running gear, yes they will widen the stance, but we are thinking of keeping them thin, 1/2" or so.
Cant go to thin, but cant be to thick either.
Right now we are just trying to figure out if there is enough demand for them to make it worth our while.
Sign me up for a set of wheel adapters if your gonna be making them......I been looking for some bead lock wheels for a while now and no one makes them for the D1 pattern without spending a million dollars
