Default What a week!!

First a semi on the expressway blew his turbo and covered my truck with oil, then tonight after work I pulled my keys out of my lunch box and found this.

I have no idea how it happened.
I straightened it with a hammer but it still wont work.
I had to call my wife and have her bring me her key.
I'm going to The Home Depot to get 2 more keys made this weekend.

When it rains, it falls...

Precaution for the next few days, do not do anything out of the norm....

At least you have a spare, which is more than I can say....

*should have gotten a spare made when key blade detached from fob, into the snow, unbeknownst to me, on a very cold winter night a few years ago.

And now my multifuntion relay is acting up.
2 mornings in a row the engine just cranked over and did not start from lack of fuel.
Turned key off, tried again, fired right up, both times but still.
When it rains it pours.

They always say it happens in "threes". Hopefully the reign of terror is over in your case. Get yourself some spare keys though, cant tell you how bad I wished I had one when SWMBO broke it off in the ignition.

Sure did, she gave me 2 fits, I told her that I still loved her and that she is beautiful and gave her a pat on the fender.
No problems since.
My truck is like Christine I swear.

Must have been a week for 97 discos. Was driving along when a MORON pulled out in front of me....so I hit the breaks HARD! A cooler in the back dumped water all over cargo area and shorted my trailer plug. Blew 4 fuses, and truck died. Here I sit in the middle of BFE Va, and truckie no workie. Found 2 fuses in glove box. Found some foil from a buds pack of smokes, and a couple of pennies and made it to the closest parts store. All is now fine in BFE Va.
