Default Factory Head Unit

ok guys so here is the deal...It's been a while since i replaced my factory head unit with a sony unit. since, i have not been able to use my cruise control, and a few other things...i've been looking around and found a line out adapter, so my rca's will have a hook-up, now i cant seem to find a way to run the remote wire...any ideas? can i run a remote off the factory head unit?

Your question makes no sense ... The Aftermarket head unit has a Remote wire ... Normally blue or blue with white stripe...
Then you ask about the factory head unit ,although you state that you replaced it ...

ok...what I was trying to say is that I would perfer to use the factory head unit. The only reason I installed the aftermarket one was to hook up my subwoofers. That is because the factory alpine deck did not have RCA jacks on the back of it. I was just wondering if the factory alpine deck had a remote wire coming off the back of it?

OK what you need is a low level convertor ... Connect it across the rear speaker line and it converts the levels to an RCA output for the subs ... For the remote wire tie onto the switched power line on the rear of the factory unit It will act similar except it won't turn the amp off when the radio is off only turn it off when the key is off
