Hello, I'm a french Jeeper, and last weekend we welcomed a new member with his Discovery.
During our trip in the snow, we often help this newbee.
Here's and other proof of the Jeepers domination :
The Discovery looks pretty much stock, except for the roll cage, steel rims and mud tires it might have a 2" lift but those tires look like stock size if maybe a 245/75 which is just slightly larger than the OEM 235/70.
It is obvious he does not have a locker in either differential.
Looking at the Jeep is has a 5" lift, way larger than OEM tires and lockers in at least one differential.
The stock Rover was leading the modified Jeep, the snow got to deep and he got stuck.
Now from what I can tell, it takes a heavily modified Jeep to keep up with a stock Land Rover.
Now because e-mail notification of a reply to a thread that you are subscribed to is the default setting if there is no reply to this by the original poster than I am 100% correct in that it take a heavily modified Jeep to keep up with a stock Land Rover.
