This is my 1998 Discovery that I got for $1200. I have a new brush guard that I got off of craigslist, but I havent had a chance to put it on yet. It does have a exhaust leak, but that will be fixed soon, thanks for looking
Stole that truck. Before you go off road, remove those steps. or they will get torn off.
Do you know how to lock up your t/case for the extra traction you may want?
Enjoy.

Yeah I think I did get a good deal on it, to be honest I dont know much about Discoverys, I am learning as I go. It sounds like a steam engine right now with the exhaust leak that it has, but I think I am close. I was told that the head gaskets were replaced but on the passenger side there were no manifold gaskets and the exhaust flange gasket was just about gone and there was only one nut (where there should be three) holding the manifold to the exhaust pipe. And I also lost one of the bolt spacers for the manifold so I am going to the dealership in the morning to see about getting one of those. How do I lock up the t/case?
all you do, is locate the lever above your transmission shifter, put it in neutral, and slide the upper lever over to the left, moving it up also puts you in Low range, quite a useful tool, if its stuck, do a search of repairing your CDL (Central Differential Lock) they tend to rust up and not want to move
