I have a 99 Disco II and when I had a major issue with the air ride I changed it over to springs. My wife drives the car so I am not sure when it started happening but I know it was not when I changed the suspension but the car will float all over the road like the sway bars are not even there. I have checked them and they seem to be fine. I have also replaced the rear shocks but not the front. Anybody got any ideas. I am all out. Thanks
Rovers, especially D2's, don't float. Can you be more descritive?
How amny miles on the truck, have you switch out the front springs yet and what brand of shocks did you install in the rear?

I am not sure of the brand of shock on the rear, I just ordered a set from Advance. I know they were a good brand name but I do not remeber. It seems to bounce or "float" back and forth and sway hard with the the slighest wind. It seems like the springs on the car are to soft or so. I am not sure of a better way to describe it. I have not changed the front springs, I have a set from where I ordered the rear to change the front. I did not change the front b/c I wanted to to the struts at the same time b//c they are in the middle of the spring. Does that help any? I am also rocking the 3 amigos but that is a whole different problem.
