Default Continental tires

I have just taken my winter tires off my 08 RRS which I put on almost immediately on delivery. This is now the first I've experienced the continental's. I have a front end shimmy, they have been rebalanced at least 6x switched cked and recked, still have the slight vibration. LR is saying because it's 8mths old they can't do a flat spot tire claim even though I just started to use these tire. Has anyone else had a similar shimmy problem, my winters rode fine.

Time has nothing to do with their warranty. Go directly to a tire store that handles your tires and deal with them.
