I just got my disco. And I want to put some bigger wheels on there. Any suggestion to brands and pros and cons of doing so.
BTW>.. I don't offroad much, mostly drive on city roads.
I was thinking lo pros & 18"s
thanks,
Leo

What do you have on there now? I've got 18 inch with Pirelli Scorpions and I'm looking to change to 16 inch alloys because of the better selection of A/T tires in that size. Maybe a trade with some cash?
Wise move to up grade to 16" wheels, tires are less expensive, much better selection of tread designs and they ride much better on and off the road.

the 18"s look TERRIFIC on the Disco II's (especially the hurricanes ~ as is what i have on my truck)...if you're NOT planning on off-roading much, 18's are the way to go...they're not OVERLY harsh or anything and they can really turn the truck into a head turner....
if you want, i can send you a pic of my truck with michelin pilots and 18" hurricanes....i think that it doesn't get much better looking...
