Tires for 99 Disco II
I need 4 new tires for my 99 Disco II. I mostly drive in the city (Boston) and do some highway driving as well (no off-roading). I want a decent tire that gives me good gas mileage above all else. I will be moving to NC in a yr so this is the last winter I will need the tires!
I was given a quote of $812 at Costco including Shipping & Handling, Mounting, Balancing, Lifetime Services, Nitrogen Inflation, New Rubber Valve Stem, Environmental Tire Disposal, and the Costco Road Hazard Warranty.
1. Is this too much?
2. Are these tires ok for my needs?
3. If not, any suggestions for type of tire and location I should buy from?
