Well I put them on the truck about two weeks ago. I now see in my Atlantic British flyer that they are offering them as well.
I'll let you know what I think. So far, a better ride than the Pirellis, but haven't taken them off road. And the Pirelli's were in pretty rough shape at the end there.

RE: Toyo Tires?
rolling stock rubbers over here! i got some new wheels that i won for my bronco and i'm gonna put some bfgoodrich all terrains on them. i'll have a set of15"s on that bronco.
i wanna get something for the freelander for a smoother ride on/off road and better off road performance. 18"s aint great for off road, but thy work good with stock street tires...
observe the mud on street tires and i didn't get stuck:
I put the Toyo Open Country A/Ts on my Disco II back in May. They replaced Pirelli Scorpian S/Ts. The Toyos felt really squishy at first, but it turned out that the shop did not inflate them to my specifications (owners manual). Now that I have had them for a while I am pretty happy with them. They do not handle as tight on the highway as my Pirellis did, but they are A/Ts, so what can I expect. I just got back from a week in the White Mountains in eastern California. Lots of rough dirt roads and washboard. The Toyos performed well, and came through without any damage, cuts or flats. This kind of surprised me, because the roads up there are covered with really sharp rocks. Those same roads sliced and diced my original Goodyear Wranglers until they looked like they had been randomly siped. So overall, I have been happy with the Toyos.

I am running toyo open country A/T's and love them! I have about 40'000 on mine and they seem to show little wear. They are great for what I need. I drive daily on the freeway anf they are quiet and on the weekends during the duck season I am on muddy dirt roads for the whole day anf they seem to do just fine for traction. They are not the best I would imagine for deep mud or rock crawling trails but they are a great A/T tire for trips in the snow and what little off doad driving I do!
