I hope this helps! This is the sort of tech the encore visit should highlight.
If I’m not mistaken, it detects moving objects only.
Collision avoidance Page 178 of the Defender handbook, USA spec
forward alert may not react to slow moving vehicles additionally the instrument panel also displays a warning message if the vehicle is traveling between 18 & 80 mph
autonomous emergency braking is to detect real vehicles and pedestrians plus other certified target objects AEB is not designed to detect any other objects including non-industry approved targets.

I thought these things were governed and not allowed to go 50km/h because that far exceeds the speed limit in a mall parking lot. Who's pushing a shopping cart that fast anyway! I guess when she is in a hurry to get to tennis practice the obstacle avoidance is important to have...
