How do you keep the recirc button ON all the time?

Just wondering how to keep the recirc button ON all the time. I will press it and it closes outside air and without me knowing it's off again. I know with my L320 RRS, you press and hold it to keep it ON but it doesn't work with our defenders?

Press and hold the button for a few seconds to turn on recirculation permanently works for me.
