Low Profile Ditch Light Install
Just finished installing low profile ditch lights on my '23 D90 P400. I wanted something low down, unobtrusive, and didn't want to spend a ton on custom brackets. I used some Nilight clamp on hood brackets ($13) -- I didn't use the top section. I designed and 3D printed my own top section brackets to keep it as low profile as possible. Total height with lights is just under 4 inches installed. Wiring is via Trigger 4 Plus mounted near the fusebox. No need to run switch wires through the firewall (it has a wireless control). The light pods are Jammy J-14210-S and they are great fill in for ditch/side lights. Total cost for lights brackets: less than $120. The Trigger 4 setup is spendy but worth not having to send anything through the firewall. I have seen a lot of questions about the switched fuse location for lighting accessories. Use engine bay fuse # B9 which only comes on with ignition. Hope you like it and hope this helps guide others.
