Default Another good Thread to Check

This thread (No Lift tire size guide)should be stickied as well, a lot of good info in it. The thread title runs counter to the purpose of this one which might be why it isn't stickied. People giving their experiences with max tire sizes without lifts. I found it immensely helpful and still am considering the Johnson Rods. Many people in that thread list that they have good success with 275/55R20. Personally, that is what I'm going with (Ridge Grapplers - LT275/55R20 E 120/117Q - 32.13H x 11.18"W) and even if I get a lift, I'll stick with those for the increased articulation.

I would be interested in the answer to your question also. I'm a complete novice as it relates to air suspension.

Has anyone put this on with 18" wheels? Seems all the posts here are 20"/22". Would like some seriously thick sidewalls if possible.

Default 27560R20 +20 offset?

Have you seen the 1.5” kit used with a 20” wheels, +20 offset and 27560R20 tires? I got Proud Rhino’s 1” and it rubs. See pics.

I would keep the rods on for off road use. The additional clearance is better. The articulation with the rods is about the same anyhow.

We use the 1.5 inch with 20 inch wheels with a majority of the builds and 275-60-20.
If you have more negative offset that will be even better to push the wheel out further.
Some customers are using 30 mm spacers to get additional offset.

275-60-20
