Hey guys, my defender should arrive next week. I ordered the wheel arch protectors, which I am painting gloss black and plan to wrap the hood gloss black lower bumper sideskirts to go with the Eiger gray paint. I may elect to put a matte wrap on the eiger gray but will wait to see how things look first. I am planning to go with 20" wheels and debating between the vossen hf5 and the redbourne alston. Can the Alson be painted in a high gloss black or you think with all other accessory parts being high gloss black i should go with high gloss vossen?

On tires, has anyone tried the new nitto recons? This truck will be a daily driver here in Miami so realistically not trails etc. So I am going for low road noise and ride comfort over off road ability. Seems like the recons are a better option than the ridge grapplers or terra grapplers.

Thanks for help and open to any suggestions and comments on best tire size as well. Dont mind doing some minor lining work if necessary to fit a bit larger tire.
