Reception issues with expedition roof rack

I’m having HD radio and Satellite reception issues. The radio tries to tune and the XM just spins and not connect. Could the rack be blocking reception. Or is it the known issue of the infotainment system?

I have a roof rack as do many others and none have reported such problems in the past. Are you sure the roof rack is causing your radio issues?

TY. I suspect its an issue with the infotainment system as others have experienced. I will try to reset the radio.
