I use the prospeed tire mount on mine, it works perfectly with the prospeed rack naturally

a quick google search will give a few hundred options and tons of different styles. Front runner makes some great kit that would likely be a top choice

I use this option and I keep a tire cover on it to prevent deterioration in the tire itself. Mount works great.

We had a '65 series II 90 when I was in high school and college- I'd love to put the spare on the hood!!!!
