Colorado's Best
Here are pictures of the Winding Stairs trail just out of Colorado Springs.
Click on, http://forum.solihullsociety.org/cph...m=lastup&cat=0
Scrowl to the bottom of the page, click on page 2 and start with the videos and then the pictures.
Doesn't get any better then this.

Hey Mike, My wife and I are seriously thinking about hanging the provervial hat over there when we retire. She lived there for a while before we met and really liked it. I, on the other hand have never been to Colorado. I think we're gonna start taking vacations over there to get a better feel for the place. Would love to meet ya when we go if it's feasable, get a first hand opinion about Colorado, maybe hang out with the Solihull Society if you promise not to get logs punching through my passenger side window . What town are you in?
BTW, the pictures and movies are simply Awesome

Let me know if you do make it out here, weather permitting, we will have to get you out on the trails. Where do you live now?
By the way, Colorado is a great place to retire at, cost of living is good, trails are plentiful, weather is just outstanding is you are OK with a little snow and there are lots of us old farts out there wheeling.

I live in California now in South Oakland almost San Leandro, and I am actualy looking forward to a little snow for a change. My past locations have been Florida, South Carolina and Georgia. Weare doing a military tour here for maybe another couple of years, but we will do our best to request our next tour to be in Colorado and make plans to stay there if we like it as much as I think we will. Would love to join the old fart crew and enjoy nature's best. I'm an outdoors guy at heart, which is why I'm fairly sure I would love Colorado.
