Default Dimensions for a new steel bumper

Hey guys I really need a new bumper, I busted mine a few weeks ago Off roading and wanted to fabricate a steel bumper. I've been looking everywhere and I cant find the dimensions. The style I'm going for is almost like the ARB bumper with a winch mount. I have a 01 Disco 2 so any info could help. Thank you

I would just go to your local junkyard, find one, and take the measurements yourself. Because of the curves and where the mounts are located, ive always found it hard to offer true measurements.
