Did you guys upgrade your brakes to stop those 22's?

I plan on getting some fancy rims for daily bases[8D] but keeping my stocker for off-road use

It is somethingthat can be done in a garage. I wouldnt venture out and say that you could slap on the brembo's in your garage. I dont think I would trust myself with myself .

Be careful to account for the increase caliper width when you are putting on new wheels-- you may find yourself SOL. The brembos get stuck on most aftermarket wheels if you dont specify "my vehicle has brembos." They have one piece that will the large size brembos, but your best bet is 3 piece wheels so they can be cut and built to your specifications. If you have already bought the wheels- you can put spacers to clear the brakes, but the wheels may stick out--- which looks kinda tacky on a rover.

Where did I get the upgrade? I had globe on La cienaga and venice put them on. Good, honest people. hard to find in the car business.
