Yeah, I believe that is half the problem...I'm trying to do what took two years on my old 01 in a few months on this one. And then throw in a few upsets along the way...and it gets frustrating. Mentioned to my wife last night that I should take it wheeling and build a bond (instead of trying to finish everything in advance of first wheeling trip). To much work and no play...makes for a disappointing build.

Nailed it. I’m doing the same with the Case/IH I inherited at work, need and want are two different approaches eh. Lots of wants get in the way of a few needs. Safety first......

Against my better judgement...l went out and threw the roof rack and light bar on.

It's usually after l do something like this...that the beast gives me grief. But, we battle on...

I think it looks great Brian. Sooner or later you’ll have that truck in tip top shape. I hope sooner.

After battling a 02 sensor issue for days. I'd got it out, but buggered up the threads...so I just made a plug until I could get to it repaired. Yesterday, it finally happened, tapped the hole, installed 02 and checked with scan tool. Perfect, running like a champ (almost to the point of being scary) and idled smooth as silk.

So, I'm watching the scan tool on the way home, cycling every few seconds...nothing....hurray!!!!

Well as you can imagine...that was short lived...because, after getting on the brakes...kind of hard...the three sombrero dudes paid me a visit...lol. I'm like???...can't this piece of junk just treat me good for a messily 24 hours?

Fortunately, they left for warmer climates this morning...hopefully...they stay there.

Sounds like Option B is in your future especially if the 3 Musketeers/Amigo's left upon a key cycle. I've got it down to about 30min job now if I have the new or tested good Shuttle Valve switches already wired up with the pigtail/ground.
