Default No heat

I have recently purchases a 1991 defender 90. I have no heat. Does this thing have heat a fan ect. Any help would be greatly apprcted. I really know nothing about this defender.

FYI the heat in these things is not great even when it works. In a '91 you probably have the old lucas glass fuses. That is most likely your problem. The fuse panel should be in the center under the dash, cover comes off with two *****. Often the fuse holders and connections get a little corroded, just fiddling with them can fix it. If a fuse is blown you need the lucas glass fuses, they are slightly different size than the standard american.

What he said on checking fuses first.

The heat at best is terrible, good news is you live in NC so it should be good enough. Now the winters I drove it during the polar vortex in Chicago not so much.

Mine throws out tons of heat and it’s s 109, so older than your 91 90/110.

Is your blower motor working?

Mine is but the heat sucks for cold enviroments
