This is a disgusting piece of rubbish. It is certainly not fit to wear the Defender badge. Land Rover is losing its purpose and with each new generation they are becoming less appealing to people who want to go off road, even though they claim to be the world's no.1 off road brand. I love the old ones, but in terms of the new concept, all I can say is that I am disappointed.

Will look good in the drive thru for latte, a real "fru fru" dolled up skateboard, and probably not cheap. For that kind of money, a rugged individualist and highly opinionated Rover owner will want something that reflects his tastes, not those of some stylist. Wonder if it has an oil pressure gauge?

I'm sure by the time it's ready for production it will be incredible off road and be much better looking.
The design concept is meant to cause a buzz, so I'm not giving up on it yet. I do feel like Land Rover has a real opportunity to capitalize on the "throwback" trend that Ford, Dodge and Chevy have with the 'pony cars,' so I'm interested to see where they go. Especially with the Land Rover / Range Rover split...FINGERS ARE CROSSED |

A little about the safe t pedal this is a security device designed for defenenders & discoverys shaped around the contours of your landrover footwell whilst locking around the brake pedal to elliminate access to your clutch / brake / accelarator, the product as been designed using cad then laser cut out of 4.5mm hardox steel sheet then bent in 3 places for a smooth snug fitting.
