Please school me on "Grey Market" Defenders
 

I am sure this has been covered, but here it goes....

i have the chance to buy a titled (titled with 76 VIN #'s) 88 Defender 110 RHD - it has 140KM on the ticker and is in very good shape...the price is very nice $12k. What are the draw backs on purchasing a truck like this?

Also, I am a Land Cruiser fanatic, but have always like the looks of a defender, so what should i look out for and what should i expect to "go" out with this mileage??
