97 Disco I w/ 200k miles, how far will it go?

I love my ’97 Disco I. Until it landed in my hands, it was dealer maintained with only 2 previous long time owners (one being my sister). Most typical maintenance/repairs have been done, including head gasket. It is my DD, but after my last troubleshooting evolution (down for months, sensor/electrical), I’m wondering how many more miles I can really put on it until parts, cost, or time to fix, become impractical. (I do all the work on it)

If I opt to donate it to a teenagaer, I will likely go for a low mileage 03/04 Disco II (seem to be around $10K in my area), or maybe a 2009 RR Sport if I get luck at the races.

So, looking for advice from anyone who has taken their Disco I a good amount of miles past 200K and what they had to contend with.

Thanks!

I haven't had a Rover to that milage but I've had a few past 500k. Rovers are already impractical so most of us are upside in value vs repair costs. So in that respect I think we all do it for the love of the truck not just because it makes financial sense.
I can't speak for the longevity of the 4.0 but the rest of the truck should be fine as long as it has all its routine maintenance.
My tow rig was a 96 F350. 500K+ miles on it. Bottom end of the 351 was original. Trans was rebuilt. It's got rattly after a while but I liked the fact I had such a high milage tow vehicle that was still going strong.
