ac compressor question...

so my cars been making a noise like a bearing going out on a pulley. alternator was one noise i was hearing, but thats under warranty so out and tomorrow will be fixed. other was the pulley on the ac compressor. its noisy when ac is off, when on its quiet, so is there a place i can buy just that clutch assembly? i know my best bet is to replace the entire unit but at this time thats gonna cut into my reserve for just in case problems on the 1800 mile trip in 2 weeks. thanks in advance for your help.

Try these sites, they have a lot of parts. Idk exactly if it's just the assembly.

Roversnorth
roverlandparts
rovertym
expeditionexchange
bputah
dap-inc
britishpacific

Just google those and their websites should pop up

I've never seen just the clutch for rovers. You might have better luck searching for a clutch by compressor make/model than by car make/model. I do know when the bearing went on my lumina, I got a whole used compressor for a little less than just the clutch. But then again, I dont care if the a/c works in that car and never had it recharged after.

Look in the tech section, there is a link to a site that tells you which a/c compressors will fit, they are alot cheaper than a Rover one.
