I had a LR Discovery 3 that did this, I always locked it with the fob and a few times a week it would randomly go off for a minute or 2 and turn itself off with no issues after. I now have a D4 and it has started doing the same thing... maybe I'm cursed. I have tried the manual lock-unlock reset with no luck. Other advice easy enough for a non-mechanically inclined girl would be helpful!

edit: it does not make a difference if I lock it manually with the key In the drivers door vs the lock button on my fob
