yup, thats the stuff. i used tape and tightened it down like hell, i get a VERY small drip still. no big deal. i'll pull it out and throw red loctite on eventually.

So are you using that switch to automatically turn on/off the AC electric fans?

fish yes that is what I ground off, saw no need for it, plus gets the probe in closer


fish think it is all that gunk in the threads making that old plug look tapered

seems that way. i just tapped into the e-fan relay with a switch. i monitor the temp gauge and pop them on/off accordingly. haven't had to use it much, but i wanted a switch for wheeling or traffic on hot days.

That switch will turn on my e fan that will replace the clutch fan
