Belt came off?

Hi guys, My belt came off today while driving. lost Power steering and, alt. etc... I attempted to get it back on, and noticed that the "tension wheel" below alternator had lost bearings and had come apart? What is this piece called? How to loosen, or tighten the belt? Any other advise is welcome. Thanks a lot!

Thanks guys! Ill have to order a pulley. How do I get the belt back on and tight? How does tension-er work? Sorry about the green question, but have never had to deal with the belt before. Thanks again!

For about $10 you can replace the offending bearing. I've done about 4 of them on various D1's, its pretty easy. The whole tensioner assembly comes off with one bolt. Replace the bearing and reinstall.

once the pulley or bearing is done, all you need to do is route it correctly by following the steps from the RAVE. Should only take you a minute or two to be done with it.....

Shop Manual for the Disco. See my signature. Download and peruse at your leisure. Will really come in handy in the future. Good luck.

Make sure you put the belt back on in the correct routing.

I don't remember the size of the bolt, thinking it's 14mm but, you release the tension on the belt by attaching a socket to the center and push down.
