thanks Brake Pressure Reducing Valve - ABS On Land Rover Discovery |
yes, replace it

x3 on replacing it. it's easy to do. i didn't even need to bleed the brakes after.
i picked up a used one from some guy parting out his D1. much cheaper than a new one. |
i understand i need to replace it.....they are not cheap by any means. There are no D1's at the boneyard at the moment either so a used one is not an option. I was just wondering if that plug on the back can be pulled and a new o-ring installed or something along those lines. I need my truck and I hate to say it but i just dont have 300 bucks at the moment.

do a quick search for Paul Grant and/or Will Tillery.
both guys sell used LR parts. they should be able to hook you up. |
