Default CEL throwing codes again

Last night was -16C, SWMBO drove it home, about 2km and parked it. This morning -2C, started ok but CEL stayed on.
The OT-2 scanner says
P0007 - Fuel shut off value 'A' circuit high
P0118 - Engine coolant temp. circuit high

Recently she had the car for the morning runs and said that the RPM would drop to 100 and stall and after the RPM would sit high at 1200. Otherwise it drives normal.
I usually drive it for longer runs and don't see this problem.
The only code I saw was #7 misfiring

SD
PS: the fuel pump is 'hot wired' since 2006 - bad relay

Now on top of:
P0007 - Fuel shut off value 'A' circuit high
P0118 - Engine coolant temp. circuit high
I also get:
P0116 - Engine coolant temp. circuit Range/Performance

I know this is off-topic, but how do you like the OT-2?
What live data does it give you?

On-topic, have you tested the ECT?

Default Ot-2

--I do like it even though it doesn't give me much data yet (need to explore the settings more). Good for codes but too easy to accidentally reset codes all at once. I haven't hook up to a computer yet, only ipod touch and iphone for now. Better than a regular OBDII reader, just haven't justified the extra $$. After I purchased I found out tat at other forums if you mention the forum you get a lower price

On-topic, have you tested the ECT?
--ETC??? is it English Toffee Candy? or Enough Throwing away Cash?
Additional code this morning:
P0125 - Coolant Temp. Too Low for CL Fuel Control
Whatever that means! It's only -8C this morning

If there is English Toffee Candy, then eat it before someone else does. ECT - Engine Coolant Temperature sensor. Your ECT might be out-of-wack and not sending the correct temp to the Computer. Check the ECT(coolant) temp on the OT-2 in the morning before you start the vehicle. See if it matches the outside temps. Also, when hot, see if the coolant temp on the OT-2 matches what your coolant temp gauge on the dash claims.

Yesterday at soccer practice I hooked up the laptop and WHOAAAA! That OT-2 is great.
Found the channel for the ETC.
Tomorrow morning I'll take a short trip record the ETC values.

Thanks
