Does this sound like a bad fan clutch?
Im getting this loud squeaking sound from the fan/belt area. It doesn't do this all the time, only at about 2,000 rmps and it doesn't do it when the truck in warm, only when cold. Belt is new and on there tight and I have checked various pulleys to see if any bearings are bad and they are all ok. Would the noise be the fan clutch slipping?

Younsaid the fc is new? Unload the serp belt and check all the pullies for play. Do you have someone to load the engine while you're in front to at least gauge where it may be coming from?
As for a bad fc, if you run it up to temp and it's engaged, turn off and see if the fan will spin freely, if so it is a sign of a bad fc.

Bad water pump bearing, when it is loaded up from the fan clutch still being locked up from cold it puts to much strain on the worn water pump.
Remove the fan, start the engine when cold and I bet the noise goes away.
Then do the Chevy fan clutch from the tech section.
Mine did the same thing when my fan clutch went bad and was locked up all the time.

START the engine (turning it over is what the starter does), let it warm up, turn the engine off, spin the fan.
Does it spin easily? More than one revolution by itself it is bad, less than 1/4 turn by itself and it is bad.
If it is locked up all the time you will hear it roar all the time, it is when it no longer locks up that is the hard one to figure out, usually you will find out when it overheats sitting in traffic in the summer with the a/c on.
The DI will also give you a hint in the summer, after you shut it off if the a/c fans stay running it is to hot and you need a new fan clutch because it is no longer locking up and moving air at low road speeds.
