Bill really set me up! First he ordered the necessary parts to build me a front propshaft, found out one necessary part was now made in china he said "hell, no! " sent that crap back and modified a 'Merican part to my vehicles specs! All I have to say is he has me for life!

He is going to to be selling these, I am the first with this design, it is fully grease able. Plan on installing this and replacing my front wheel bearings as well this weekend.

Spicer components? What did it run you?

The pinion flange looks like a spicer piece.. Not sure on the double cardan end.. and whats the deal with that big open hole in the side of it?

Ok, had some trouble installing this, but did get it installed. I have a vibration that starts under load at 30 mph. The center diff side is the one that is giving me the trouble. Looks like it is not sitting completely flush when the bolts are tight. I am beginning to suspect it is the paint on the mating surfaces is causing this. Any thoughts?

Hmm Pic? does the flange mate with the transfer case flange? Most of them have a small ridge that goes into the center of the transfer case flange.

Comparison of both Center diff connections, old and new. There is also the flange nut on the center diff but cannot confirm if the nut is causing the gap.

Hmmm. I always file the mating surfaces to begin with both T-case and drive shaft.

Do that and then try to get it to sit flat without bolting it down

Ok good sir found some pics on my phone from when I was comparing a woods to a gbr.. The one on the left is the woods I have on the truck now the gbr on the right actually has a spacer that mates to the t-case that looks exactly like the woods one... It MIGHT be hitting the output shaft nut

Maybe the CV head was built for a D2? The front output flange on the D1 and D2 are different.

Nah it's for a D1 bolt pattern you can tell by the pics - my money is on all that damn paint on the flange
