Just a little pointer- I had trouble installing the lift springs because of space. I had to put the LR bottle jack between the axle and frame and actually jack the axle downwards. Just be careful to not overextend the brake hoses. Here is a good write-up:http://www.4x4wire.com/rover/disco/tech/ome/
I must be really slow- 'cause it took me close to 3-4 hrs. Think I spent 1/2-3/4 hr just on the front shocks and towers

I started about 3 days before I planned to do my install spraying everything down with PB Blaster so I wasn't fighting rusty bolts. Even doing that I still had to cut one of the rear shock bushings off with a air chisel. Disconnecting or removing the sway bars makes it a lot easier to get the axle to move far enough to get the springs in.

Just finished.
With swaybars already removed.
1 hr removal
1.5 hr installation with 2 Ppl for this part.
I used 751/762 I believe. Pretty easy. And no I didn't get new shocks or extended brake lines. Yes I know exactly what this means.
I gained 2"on the front drivers side and 3" on the back driversside.
I can't see it but Even my little sister said the passengers side was higher. Pulled out the measuring tape and shure enough 3/4" lower.
I was surprised front was lower since I have stock bumper.
I love the ride NOT HARSH AT ALL
I did notice more body roll than with the old springs probably because of shocks and higher cog, and I don't have the sway bars on.
It is defiantly harder to keep straight on the highway nothing I can't live with.
No driveline vibrations

Ok now that the suspension has settled a little bit..
pre lift it was 31 3/4 at front and back.
Now its..
Drivers side rear 34 1/4 +2.5
Drivers side front 34 +2.25
Passenger Side Front 33 3/8 +1.6
Passenger Side Rear 33 1/2 +1.75
Out of what was SUPPOSED to be a 3" lift?
Im going to get some trim packers to level it out. And it LOOKS great. I honestly wouldn't want more, just pissed its not 3".. .
