Leaking fuel line, where to buy it?

My fuel line is leaking when car is running (98 disco)
It is a fuel line that comes out of the fuel pump - the far right pipe in the picture. Leak is 4-5" down the line.

Any one knows where i can get a replacement? Can i use something universal?

You are going to have to make your own.
You can buy tubing by the roll.

Any Napa or auto parts store will have fuel hose. You could probably splice in a new part with some b a r b e d fittings. You could also lop off those push to connect fittings and install some compression style. Dorman makes some.

Be sure you use the high pressure type, for fuel injection.
