Looking for a D1 front bumper center trim

Hello guys,

I'm outfitting a good ole clapped out Discovery 1 right now and I would like to design and build a Camel Trophy like front brush guard but without removing the bumper center plastic trim, because here it helps keeping the front end tight in winter so salt doesn't go everywhere. But the bumpers on this truck are the longer ones for the non-push bar application. I'd like to get my hands on the thinner center trim from a truck with a stock push bar (doesn't have the bumpers). Anybody has one laying around or has a part number at least?

Do you mean the part shown on the floor? I have two that I don't need. The mounting bits might need some repair epoxy. I think they call it a Plinth, if you're searching for a new one.

This is the part I am talking about, although the one in your picture isn't the version I'm looking for. The one I need is almost flat, so it is thinner and the push bar can be closer to the steel bumper.

Gravzzy,

Have a look at this... Accessory Fitting
Don't know if anything in here will help but there might be.

I dont think theres enough room even with the brush guard plinth for a camel brush guard.

I might have one sitting around after the winch tray install. Ill dig through the parts pile

Robert, If you find the part you removed for your winch tray I'd take it. I'll build the brush guard a tad longer so it clears. If we were closer I'd make you an offer for the whole brush guard kit you removed!

We see the part I need with the stc8454 kit but there isn't a separate part number in the document, and if I type this kit online it only shows the nudge bar without the related mounting parts...

That is a sweet A-frame winch combo.
