Lost Power on Highway

Moseying on down the interstate at about 80-ish after work headed to watering hole, 9 miles, this past Friday. Same thing I do 3-4 days a week.
About a mile from destination started losing power, going into open loop, popping, flashing CEL, etc...
Limp into parking spot and check code. P1313. Pop hood and don't see anything obvious. Screw it, it's  time. Wife is already there so ride is not a problem.

Drove bake to town Saturday morning with tools and piece of carpet. First thing I do is start it. of course. Starts and runs fine. Of course.
Crawled under it to see if the crank sensor is ok. It is. Did noticed that a nut is missing from one of the down-pipe flanges and a nut and stud missing from the other.
Now I replaced the gaskets along with new hardware earlier in the year. I broke one stud, r&r, torqued all six to 90 in-lb.

Anywho, parts house had a pack of M8x1.25 mm stud & nuts. Replaced the missing bits and bellied up to cool off. Drove on home (25 miles) no issues.
Figure air was being drawn in making it go nutty by dumping fuel into the mixture.
