Default need new front seats, question

my seats in the front both have large tears in them so im looking to replace them. I found these on roverland parts and was wondering if they would fit with no mods. also how hard will it be to remove and add new seats? if anyone has good condition beige leather seats for a 96, pm me.

these are the ones from rover land

mine too had some tears. I ended up buying a set of covers from wetokole.com. these aren't your average walmart variety......they are very well made and fit like original equipment, plus you get to pick your colors and piping etc etc. I paid about $250 but for what it's worth I'm very pleased with them.....slightly cheaper alternative to replaceing the whole seat.

Have you talked to a upholstery shop to see how much it would be to have them recovered?

595 seems like a fair price for a pair of electric front seats. I'm sure you could get your redone cheaper, but for that price I would seriously have to think just getting the new.

Your not just getting a pair of leather seats but also the motors etc for the electrics? That's about the cheapest part I have heard of for a rover at 595 lol.

all leather seats come with heating elements and are pre-wired for the heated option. if you didnt get it as an option from the dealer Atlantic British sells a kit to install the switches (only part missing) for around $45
