Also, don't you bleed your brakes in this order: Right Rear, Left Rear, Right Front, Left Front

Right? Or is this bad info?

generally speaking, start with the corner farthest away from the master cylinder and keep working your way forward. the pattern you mentioned is usually right for a LHD vehicle

though i dont know on these trucks if theres anything special to do to the ABS module or anything, i know on other european cars you have to also bleed some intermediate points as well to ensure things are flowing through the ABS module... then get the ABS to activate on your test drive after the bleeding to get any remaining bubbles out. that may not be the case here though, i dont know..

Actually you want to start with the caliper that's the furthest piping distance from the master cylinder, which is actually the left rear.

So the order is:
Left Rear
Right rear
Right front
Left front.

X2 on the flare nut wrenches. It's super easy to bugger up the threads using a two sided open end.

You can slot the side or the top.

Speed Bleeders are a must. I have put them on every vehicle I have owned. Crack the bleeder as normal, pump until you have the line bled and then close the valve. Easily done with one person.

I use a Motive Power Bleeder. It takes the same cap as my Porsche (928), so I just got lucky there. I bet I could bleed all four corners in 15 minutes, if I had to.

I tried a set of those speed bleeders about 25 years ago. In less than 2 years they were worthless rusted lumps.
The stainless steel ones might be ok, but by the time you spend that much money you could have bought a Motive Power bleeder that can be used on multiple vehicles, unlike the speed bleeders.
