So now my DI won't start at all. It cranks but doesnt turn over. I have good pressure at the fuel rail, I tried testing sensors with my multi-meter and everything seems to be where it needs to be, just cant test them at op temp. All my grounds appear to be good, all the relays I could get my hands on to check seem to be working fine. So now Im at a loss as to what I need to check next. Is it possible my ECM is bad, is there a way to test it? Anybody have any suggestions or ideas?

If an engine cranks, then it is turning over. Those mean the same thing.

Are you getting spark? You need spark, fuel and air to start(assuming the timing is correct). You say this happened before...what was the previous solution?

Well previous solution was never really found. It would occasionally do this, I would wait a little while and then it would start. To me it seemed to be an issue with the outside temp, if it was hot, above 95, it wouldnt start, which is why I waited for it to cool down outside. Now it doesnt matter what the outside temp is.

I remember reading about that. Intermittent problems suck. Crank sensor acting up perhaps?

I thought fuel pump as well, but Im getting the right fuel pressure at the rail with the ignition on. So Im not thinking its the fuel pump anymore. But I could be wrong.

Did you test the main fuel pump relay?

That is the one located in the passenger side footwell, right. There is a group of three of them there, two yellow and a green. If so then yes.

So I pulled the crank sensor this morning to check it out, and to be sure, its located right above the crank pulley correct? And to be certain its supposed to be this one right?
Sensor - Crankshaft | Land Rover Engine Parts at RoverParts.com

Cause if so, this is not what I found installed on my Disco.
