are the ring/hoops on the bumper recovery points? here is a pic of what I am talking about.

My theory. If you can't sit on it, then don't use it as a recovery point.

Those tabs are for removing your brush bar. Tie it to another vehicle and reverse or have them go forward.

There are recovery points on the actual frame near the bumper. Not sure how strong
they are though

not recovery points, simply tie down loops for transport..

tie a strap around your frame and run it up to your passengar side window and stick on the seat with a d ring attached.

There is a plug in one for the rear trailer hitch receiver.
