you can buy the headlights or you can can clean them as good as you can probably removing the rotting seal and reseal them with marine caulk or something. mine are perfect again - not filling with water - except for the reflector which is tarnishing/rusting and which at a certain point might make me buy new ones.

Those center caps are cheap, Land Rover Parts & Rover Accessories From Atlantic British | Discovery, Range Rover, LR3, LR2, Defender, Freelander and Land Rover Series Parts & Accessories sells them for like $3 each brand new, buy 4 and save the ones you dont need because you will need them eventually.

1) This thread is over seven months old. I think he got what he needed.
2) That contact is great if you're in the UK or perhaps somewhere in Europe where you couldn't find Rover parts locally but the guy was here, in the US. There are dozens of dedicated new Rover parts retailers (including Atlantic British, a sponsor of this board) along with countless people selling used parts here in the US. We've got it covered.
